Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, LuBigBall Promo reserves the right to cancel it and provide a refund as per the terms below.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, such as service non-delivery due to technical errors on our side.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Transaction Fees

  • All transaction charges, including those incurred when LuBigBall Promo receives and refunds payments, must be borne by the customer. The refunded amount will exclude these fees.
  • LuBigBall Promo is not responsible for any additional bank or payment processing fees applied by third-party payment providers.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services that have already been delivered in full or partially.
  • Failure to provide the correct content link or details at the time of purchase.
  • Delays or changes caused by social media platform policies beyond our control.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with engagement results, as we do not guarantee specific numbers of views, likes, or other metrics.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe a refund should be issued, please contact us at payment@promo.lubigball.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
  • Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Pretoria High Court, South Africa.
